It is the patient’s responsibility to know those limits on their plan.
Traditionally, gynecology has been considered a surgical consultant specialty, but in recent years health insurance plans have changed to allow a woman to choose her gynecologist for her primary care.

Certain payers have medical groups that they must stay in including Wellstar, Piedmont, Kaiser, etc.
Please verify every card prior to appointment. If they have an HMO with one of these medical groups listed, they will be out of network with us.
