Premenstural Syndrome (PMS)

Some women are incapacitated by symptoms they experience before their menstrual cycle.

Some of the symptoms are physical, such as bloating and breast tenderness. Others are emotional, such as extreme irritability or sadness or frustration.

Premenstrual Syndrome is a common problem and there are many straightforward treatments.
