Kate Rasmussen, MSN, RNC, CNP
Nurse Practitioner
Kate Rasmussen received her bachelor of science degree in nursing in 1998 from Emory University. She worked as a Registered Nurse in postpartum, labor and delivery and antepartum at local area hospitals. She then received her master of science degree in Nursing and certification as a Women's Health Care Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Alabama in 2003. Kate's area of special interest is Women's Health. She lives in Acworth with her husband Mark and their son, Thomas.

Susan Griggs, RN, CNM
Certified Nurse Midwife
Susan Griggs is a Registered Nurse and a Certified Nurse Midwife. She received both her bachelor and master of science degree in nursing from Emory University. In 1994 she completed board certification in Nurse Midwifery by the American College of Nurse Midwives. Susan has practiced as a nurse midwife in the Atlanta area since 1994. She also works as a part-time clinical instructor for Kennesaw State University School of Nursing. Susan lives in Woodstock with her husband and two daughters who attend college.

Kelly A. Franckowiak, RD, LD, CLC
Registered Dietitian
Kelly Franckowiak is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian, as well as a Certified Lactation Consultant. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition from The Pennsylvania State University and went on to do her dietetic internship with The University of Georgia. She is currently working towards her master's degree. Kelly has been working in the field of nutrition and breast feeding for over 12 years and most recently completed a Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management. Kelly currently lives in Kennesaw with her husband, Jon, and their three furry children, Maggie, Nittany and Chloe. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, traveling, watching movies and playing with Maggie, Nittany and Chloe.
